Have not experienced any of the &quot;cons&quot; listed by Andy, maybe they gave you a dud. Brilliant little piece of hardware and easy access to a range of software that fit the bill...if not more. My only complaint is accidentally pressing the camera button on the side while making a call but I can live with that. Didn&#39;t try that when I saw Nokia OVI (read PC Suite) didn&#39;t come with a Mac version.
